We use other third parties to handle secure credit card transaction processing from our invoices. When you make purchases on AcuoSerra, we send your billing information as necessary for the third party to process your order.

  • If you leave your personal information when you visit our Website, we may send you an email asking whether you wish to request registration. If you opt-in, then later change your mind, there are 2 ways to opt-out: 1) Click the "unsubscribe link" that we include in every newsletter or 2) Log in to AcuoSerra, and un-check the box.  

Unwanted or Unsolicited Email.

If you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent via this system or purporting to be sent via this system, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to for review.

Safeguarding Your Information.

(1) AcuoSerra accounts require username and password to log in. When you're finished using AcuoSerra, please click the "log out" link in the left column of your screen, to prevent someone from using your computer to access your account. You must keep your username and password secure and not disclose it to a third party.
(2) Due to the sensitive nature of your information, we do not re-send forgotten passwords. Users must follow online instructions to reset their passwords if they forget them.
(3) Account passwords are encrypted. We cannot see your passwords. We can only reset them.

Use of Links.

The Site may provide links to other Web sites or resources over which AcuoSerra does not have control ("External Web Sites"). Such links do not constitute an endorsement by AcuoSerra of those External Web Sites. You acknowledge that AcuoSerra is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and further agree that AcuoSerra is not responsible for the content of such External Web Sites. Breach of Security Policy.

Nobody is safe from hackers these days. AcuoSerra will notify you as soon as possible if a breach in security results in an unauthorized intrusion into our system which directly or materially affects you or your information, and will subsequently report the corrective action taken in response to the intrusion. (1) We do our best to keep your data accurate and up-to-date to the extent that you provide us with the information we require to do that.
